Shipping

COVID-19

Please, have in mind when you order that due to the pandemic, shipping delays are to be expected, specially in orders to USA. Our last orders sent to North America have took up to two months to arrive.

Free shipping

You will get free shipping when meeting any of this requirements:
• Your order is shipped to Spain
• Your order is over 70€
• Your order only contains postcards

In all other cases, we have a shipping flat rate:
• Europe: 5€
• Rest of the world: 12€

Order confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with the products and shipping information. Please check that the address provided is correct, and if you made any mistake contact us immediately so we can solve it before shipping.

Shipping and tracking number

Unless you order only a postcard set, your items will be shipped with a tracking number. We will send you a shipping confirmation email with this information once we have your order ready.

Postcards get shipped via standard email without tracking number.

Processing and shipping times

Our processing times vary depending on the item, but we try our best to not exceed 5 days until we ship the order. Usually you will receive the shipping confirmation earlier.

Once we have your order posted, the approximate shipping times are:
Spain: 3-4 business days.
Europe: 7-10 business days.
North America: 7-21 business days.
Rest of the world: 7-21 business days.

If you parcel gets checked by customs, delivery times might be longer.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Environmental responsibility

Materials

We try to be as respectful with the environment as possible. To ensure giclée quality on our prints, we had to stop printing on recycled papers, but all the other products are made of ecologically produced paper.

Packaging

We try to be as plastic free as possible (our protection bags are made of biodegradable cellophane) and we use recycled cardboards and tubes. Sometimes you will receive your order on a cardboard box from other company, or with plastic bubble wrap, reused by us. Please, do the same with our packaging: if it’s possible, use it again! If you have a suggestion on how can protect our items in a more sustainable way, please contact us.
